Monday Night in Theory and Practice

Join Sword and Serpent on Monday nights as we explore topics related to the occult, mysticism and magick. Sometimes this takes the form of a class, a workshop, or a ritual. No prior experience or attendance of previous events is needed. For classes we suggest bringing something to take notes. Some Workshops may have a kit fee. And rituals may have dress requirements. Check the event description below for more information.

The invocation of Horus, also known as the Supreme Ritual, was created by Aleister Crowley and Rose Kelly, and performed in Cairo Egypt on March 20th, 1904 ahead of the finding of the Stele of Revealing, and the writing of the Book of the Law.
We will be performing the version from Rodney Orpheus’s Grimoire of Aliester Crowley. This ritual has 44 lines of invocation, and uses a 44 count bead rosary to count through them. We will be making the rosaries on 3/3.
Rosary: You may bring your own, or choose to not use one this evening.
Attire: White Robe, White caftan, or White shirt/Black pants
